服務條款
1. Orders usually be finished in a month(Live2D commission could take longer.) I don't accept rush order every time, but we can discuss a custom deadline.
委託通常在一個月內完成(Live2D委託可能會更長一些)，不一定可接急單，可以另外討論截稿日期。2. Finished works might be upload on my platforms. (I'll add watermark on it.)
Copyright belongs to me.
作品可能會公開在我的平台上(會加上浮水印) 。著作權歸於我。3. I have the right to refuse your commission if I'm not comfortable doing it.
我有權拒絕委託。4. If the commission is terminated after the draft stage, refunds will be made based on the degree of completion of the work. If the commission is terminated before the clean line is completed, 40% of the total commission amount will be refunded, and 20% will be refunded if the commission is terminated before the base color is completed. No refunds will be given after coloring has been completed.
若在草稿階段之後終止委託，將視作品已經完成的程度退款。若在線稿完成前終止將退40%委託總金額，基本色完成前終止退20%。已完成上色則不退款。5. If the appointment is canceled more than 2 times, I will decline to accept your commission.
如果預約被取消超過 2 次，我將拒絕接受您的委託。6. You can't modify, change, or trace my work without my permission.
請勿在未經允許的狀況下隨意對我的作品更改加筆、描圖。7. Please do not resell my works without permission.
委託成品未經允許請勿轉售。8. It is forbidden to provide all my works (including commissions) to AI database.
